PhotoImpact 12 - Loading a Library to the Easy Palette Mini Tutorial.

After unzipping the Certificate Graphics Package...

1. Open PhotoImpact. Click on Object Libraries in the Easy Palette.

2. Go to OBJECT LIBRARIES MANAGER anc choose LOAD. Find the unzipped Emblems.
That’s all there is to it!

PhotoImpact 12 - Creating Embossed Text Mini Tutorial.

After opening a Emblem Object and applying your colors and/or materials.

1. In Easy Palette, double click one of the green Guarantee Text. This should open it on top of your Emblem Object. You can leave the color green.

2. Resize the text by right clicking, and choose PROPERTIES. On the POSITION AND SIZE TAB, Under Size, change your width or height. Click OK.

3. Go to EFFECTS/FILLS AND TEXTURES/EMBOSS. In the newly opened window, choose an Embossed look or choose OPTIONS. You can choose additional Embossed options here. Click OK. You should end up with a gray embossed text on your object.

4. Right click on the gray embossed text and choose PROPERTIES. On the GENERAL TAB, you will see MERGE. Click the MERGE down arrow and choose either: LUMINOSITY, LIGHTING, INVERSE OF MULTIPLY, OVERLAY, HARDLIGHT or SOFTLIGHT. Whichever one looks the best.
